Esk Valley Camphill Community is holding its first youth conference this summer, where we will explore the question, ‘How do we express our Camphill Values in the modern world?’ All those with a young heart, and an interest in the future of Camphill are welcome.

Last year, members of our community attended a youth conference in Clanabogan, Ireland, which was a very inspiring experience; meeting other young people living in Camphill and visiting another community. The whole weekend was extremely educational, inspiring, and a lot of fun.

Our theme ‘How do we express our Camphill Values in the modern world?’, leads on from the theme in Ireland which was ‘How do we carry the Camphill flame into the future?’ These questions are always relevant to the Camphill vision, particularly now as our movement and the wider world face such uncertain times.

The conference will be Thursday 22nd – Sunday 25th  August, and will be filled with talks, discussions, workshops and activities.

Shared rooms are available in Nook Barn hostel. If you want to stay in the barn, please book early.
